Dr Sai Spoorthi Nayak hails from Margao. She completed her M.B.B.S. in 2010 and her MS in Otorhinolaryngology (E.N.T.) in 2013 from Goa Medical College. She has also attained DNB degree in ENT in 2015. She has received training in Endoscopic sinus and skull base surgery, during her fellowship in Bombay hospital Mumbai, under renowned surgeons, Dr Nishit Shah and Dr C. E. Deopujari for over a year. Following which, she has worked as a consultant in Bombay Hospital, Indore for 2 years, performing all routine as well as advanced ENT surgeries. She has recently co-authored a book on ‘Endoscopic Trans-sphenoidal Surgery’ under the publication book house of Thieme. She has participated in multiple conferences and workshops both as a delegate as well as faculty, presented papers, participated in panel discussions and performed live surgeries in a surgical workshop.
Her special interest lies in basic and advanced endoscopic sinus and skull base surgeries.
